1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Your email address and name, provided when you create an account.
  • Property addresses and listing data you enter to generate presentations and market analyses.
  • Any other content you choose to provide, such as photos, notes, or preferences.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, and device information.
  • Usage analytics, such as pages viewed and features used.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate listing presentations, market analyses, and net sheet estimates.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Improve our AI models and product. Where used for this purpose, data is aggregated and anonymized so it cannot be tied back to you or a specific property.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary to provide their services:

  • Database & Auth — stored and managed on our backend infrastructure (built on Supabase) for account and data storage.
  • Payments — processed by Stripe, which receives the payment details needed to complete your purchase.
  • Mapping — provided by Google Maps, which receives location data to render maps and property context.
  • Market Data — provided by RentCast, which supplies comparable and market information.
  • Email — transactional email is sent via Resend.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure (built on Supabase and Cloudflare). We protect your information using encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and keep the Service functional. These are required for the Service to work. We may also use optional, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used; these do not collect sensitive personal information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@vinedio.com.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, opt out of any sale of your data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at the email above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. If you request deletion of your account or personal information, we will delete it within 30 days of your request, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations to retain certain records. Deleted data may persist in backups for a limited period as required for data integrity.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
